Depending on the dates of travel, Touringhouse may alter some of the visits. In case a site being visited is closed due to a holiday (or for any other reason), Touringhouse retains the right to substitute the visit for another at its discretion.
We request that the organizer collect the cheques from the students and forward them to Touringhouse, along with the registration form.
Insurance requirements must be indicated and paid for with the initial deposit.
A specific payment schedule will be provided to the organizer at the time the tour is registered.
Touringhouse retains the right to increase the price if the payments are not made on time.
The organizer is responsible for providing Touringhouse the rooming list for the group at least 90 days prior to departure.
The name of the hotel that you are staying at will be provided to you 90 days prior to departure.
Touringhouse retains the right to change the hotels in the proposal to similar category hotels in case space is not available at the time of booking.
Touringhouse retains the right to choose another airline if space is not available at the time of booking.
Airline schedules are subject to change at any time as per airline regulations, however, alternatives will be provided.
The dates of the trip are subject to change depending on the airline schedule. If the schedule does not fit the exact dates of the trip, the length of the trip may increase or decrease and the cost may have to be reviewed.
Passengers with special meal requirements/allergies are requested to indicate them to Touringhouse in writing on the Client Information form.
The following types of meals are available through most IATA airlines:
- Vegetarian/Non-Vegetarian
- Muslim or Kosher
- Diabetic
- Dairy/Non-dairy
- Fish or meat
- Low Sodium/Gluten free
Canadian citizens require a passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of entry into the country/countries included in the tour. It is the responsibility of the individual to secure the proper documentation prior to joining the tour.
Touringhouse Inc. makes arrangements with airlines, hotels and other independent parties to provide you with the travel services you purchase. These parties are independent suppliers over whom we have no direct control. Touringhouse cannot be held liable in the event of a failure by any person or company to render any transportation, accommodation or other travel service to be provided on the journey.
Touringhouse Inc. cannot assume any responsibility for expenses incurred due to flight delays, cancellations or missed connections caused by weather, strikes, war, civil disturbances, natural disasters, flight delays, government actions or mechanical failures, and is not liable for any expenses or consequences resulting therefrom.
Touringhouse Inc. cannot be held responsible for any claim, loss, damage or delay of baggage or property, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset and disappointment, distress or frustrations, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of any party providing services.
The participant waives any claim against Touringhouse Inc. for any damage to, or loss of property, injury or death due to any act or negligence of any airline, surface transportation company, hotel or any person rendering any of the services or accommodations included. We do take all reasonable steps to ensure that organizations providing services maintain standards which are acceptable within the norm in each locality.

Depending on the destinations and the date, the payment schedule may vary. However, here is a sample payment schedule for a group travelling during March Break:

Mastercard, Visa, and American Express are not accepted for making payments.
All payments are fully non-refundable. If the suggested insurance is not purchased, there will be no refunds either before or after departure.
Should you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify Touringhouse in writing. Such notification will only be deemed to have been given on receipt of your letter.
Please state the reason for cancellation as you may be covered by your insurance policy. The reason for cancellation must comply with the conditions of the insurance in order for payments to be refundable.
We cannot give any allowance or refund for meals, rooms, excursions, etc., not taken when these are included in the price of the tour.
Name changes will be permitted until 45 days prior to departure.
Touringhouse realizes that no one likes to consider the unexpected problems that interrupt holiday plans. Unfortunately, difficulties occasionally do arise despite the most careful planning.
To offer peace of mind, we strongly recommend the purchase of a comprehensive All Inclusive Insurance from RBC Insurance.
This insurance provides reimbursement for penalties that may be assessed due to cancellation for covered reasons, but it also provides much more coverage.

Insurance can only be purchased at the time of the initial deposit. The cost of insurance is subject to increase without notice. All claims must be subject to the conditions of the policy.
The insurance rate quoted in this proposal is valid for passengers up to age 59. Passengers over the age of 59 are requested to check regarding the rate applicable.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to become familiar with the terms and conditions of the policy. An insurance brochure is available on request.
Passengers who do not wish to purchase insurance are requested to complete and sign the bottom portion of the application form, confirming that insurance was offered by Touringhouse.
