Tour itinerary
Day 1 - Day of departure
Depart on your overnight flight to Cairo via a European gateway (own arrangements).

Day 2 - Cairo
On arrival in Cairo and transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day will be at leisure to rest from your long flight. In the evening, there will be a welcome cocktail followed by dinner at your hotel.

Day 3 - Cairo / Abu Simbel / Aswan
Buffet breakfast at your hotel. Transfer to the airport to take your flight to Abu Simbel via Aswan. Located on the West Bank of the Nile (280 Km south of Aswan) Abu Simbel it is one of the best preserved temples in Egypt. The master builder was Ramses II, one of Egypt's greatest pharaohs. Ramses II built two magnificent temples, the grandest and most complete example of Egyptian architecture. Depart for Aswan by air. In the afternoon, board your Nile River cruise. Lunch will be on board. Visit the High Dam, the Temple of Philae and the unfinished Obelisk. Afternoon tea on board the ship. Dinner on board the cruise.

Day 4 - Kom Ombo / Edfu / Esna
Sail to Kom Ombo. Breakfast on board. Visit the Temple shared by the two gods Sobek and Haroeris in Kom Ombo. Lunch on board. Sail to Edfu. Visit the Temple of Horus. Afternoon tea is served during sailing to Esna. Dinner on board.

Day 5 - Esna / Luxor
Breakfast on board. Sail to Luxor. Lunch on board. Visit the east bank -- Karnak and Luxor Temple. Afternoon tea. Dinner on board. Overnight in Luxor. Enjoy a "Sound and Light Show" at Karnak Temple.

Day 6 - Luxor / Cairo
Breakfast on board. Check-out after breakfast. Visit the West Bank, the Valley of the Kings and Queens, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El-Deir El-Bahari and the Colossi of Memnon. Afternoon flight to Cairo. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for dinner.

Day 7 - Day 6 - Luxor / Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel. Enjoy a breathtaking experience as you marvel at one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Lunch will be at the Mena House Oberoi Hotel. In the afternoon there will be a visit to Sakkara and Memphis. Dinner will be at your hotel. Enjoy a Sound & Light show at the Sphinx.

Day 8 - Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel. Full day guided tour to include Old Cairo, Mohammed Ali's Alabaster Mosque, El Khalili Bazaar and the Egyptian Museum, home of King Tutankhamun's priceless treasures. Lunch today will be at the Nile Hilton. Dinner at your hotel./p>

Day 9 - Cairo
Breakfast at your hotel. Free day in Cairo to further explore this beautiful city on your own and to do your last-minute souvenir shopping. Farewell Dinner at your hotel.

Day 10 - Day of Return
Transfer to the airport, in order to take your flight home (own arrangements).
