Tour Logistics
Air, hotel, and ground transportation
We are very familiar with, and have personally visited all the hotels offered in our programs. Normally, we offer 5-star category accommodations.
We select the airline(s) that provide the best airfares and the most direct routings.
Ground transportation is provided by deluxe, fully insured coaches.
Meeting venues, speakers, site visits
We can provide assistance in the planning of your meeting venues, arrange for speakers from different sectors of the economy and organize site visits to local and international companies, including a tour of their factory/facilities.
We are here to take the hassle out of business travel, and provide you with the assistance you require, so that your attention can be fully directed to the educational aspect of the tour.
